The Here Now Project

The Here Now Project is a film and public engagement campaign that transforms the ordinary act of shooting a cell phone video into the radical act of bearing witness, capturing both the simultaneous, global nature of climate change itself and the deeply human resilience, resourcefulness, and courage needed to confront it. The climate story needs to be democratized through collective, first-hand storytelling that helps people recognize they’re not alone while offering on-ramps for them to join the fight against climate denial.

Campaign Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: 

Develop film release and impact proposal plan, which includes a campaign and distribution roadmap, partner concepts, theory of change, supplemental research, and budget concepts.

Digital Strategy: 

Oversees the development of the website and social media branding, which includes materials for IG and Youtube.
